Alert – Important Updates

• New LG smart TV’s will be installed in all villa units during our September 2026 maintenance week
• New gazebo roofing, replacing the old fixtures that have deteriorated over the years, will be installed in the 4th quarter 2026
• Designer work continues on a major villa interior refurbishment coming in the next few years as we build reserve accounts to fund this project. This builds upon our villa refresh of last year that owners are enjoying especially the new paint, bedroom flooring, sofa, coffee table and color coordinated drapery.
• Please exercise your vote in the forthcoming Board election process. Ballots will be distributed electronically in September 2026. Make sure your email addresses are current to receive the ballot.
